About Kaunas i-Days 2025

“Act Before Symptoms: Innovating Health Literacy for Impact”

Across Europe, millions of people still seek medical help too late, skip preventive checkups, and struggle to take their medications as prescribed. These problems are not just about access to care – they are signs of a deeper issue: health literacy.

Health literacy is more than understanding health information. It’s about making informed decisions, taking responsibility, and acting early – before symptoms appear.

At this year’s Kaunas i-Days, we invite you to take on a critical challenge: How can we move people to action? How can we help individuals take charge of their health prevention?

Come together with fellow changemakers to develop innovative solutions that support better health choices and outcomes. Let’s rethink how we communicate, educate, and inspire action for a healthier Europe. Let’s act before symptoms!
